Project Brief

Ask-Naos managed to connect existing online campaign with offline shoppers. The already developed platform teaches clients, by scanning a QR code, what ingredients each of their products use.

How We Work

Market•r augmented the existing platform:

  • Animated infographic to teach the audience about the campaign and how to use it.
  • Dedicated audio CTA whenever a shopper is passing by to attract attention.
  • QR code scanner so that the shopper does not have to use a personal device.
  • Larger touchscreen to boost accessibility.

Benefits

We were able to display scan results faster by eliminating unnecessary redirects from the original platform. In the same space the campaign is promoted and used. Naos also chose to display periodic discount campaigns transforming the activation into a multi-campaign implementation.

  • Reports for each scan (product info, date-time and location of scan)
  • Reports about human demographic at POSM location
